Membership dues and contributions are now tax deductible
Clan MacCallum-Malcolm Society of North America Inc is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization. Membership dues and contributions to our society are now tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Thad McCollum will continue as 501(C)(3) compliance officer. This designation will help us to expand our scholarship and other charitable efforts.
2010 Scholarship Announcement
The Clan MacCallum-Malcolm Society of North America, Inc and Alexis Malcolm Kilts in cooperation with members of Clan Gunn will award the fourth annual Christian G. Malcolm Kehm U.S.M.C. Memorial Piping Scholarship to piper(s) to attend one-week sessions during the summer of 2010 at the North American Academy of Piping and Drumming at the Valle Crucis Conference Center at Valle Crucis, North Carolina. Information and application forms are attached.
AGM 2010 Grandfather Mountain
The Annual General Meeting of the Clan will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 10, 2010 on the grounds of the Grandfather Mountain Games in Linville, NC
2009 AGM, Duntrune (Kilmartin) Scotland
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on July 28, 2009, at St Columba's Church on the grounds of Duntrune, Kilmartin, Argyll, Scotland. New Officers elected were Lon McCollum, president; James McCallum, vice president; and Kinloch McCollum, Secretary Treasuer. Our society very much appreciates the efforts of our Clan Chief Robin Malcolm and his son Andy for allowing us to host this event on the grounds at Duntrune. Third Annual Memorial Scholarship winners for 2009

Annual General Meeting held on the Poltalloch Estate
The 2009 Annual General Meeting of Clan MacCallum Malcolm Society of North America, Inc was held on July 28th, in the magnificent setting of St Columba's Church on the grounds of Potlallich Estate. Over 50 members and guests were in attendance. Our Clan Chief, Robin Malcolm was the host of the event. The ambiance of the Church was graced by a beautiful arrangement of flower and Rowan Tree branchs and berries prepared by Patricia Curry.
The Gathering 2009
At the end of July, about 50 Clan MacCallum Malcolm Society members and family from the US, Canada, Austrailia and New Zealand traveled to Edinburgh to participate in The Gathering 2009. We joined about 10,000 others from around the world in celebrating our Scottish Ancestry. On Saturday morning the sun shone brightly as Prince Charles and his wife welcomed us. The day was filled with making new friends and visiting the many other dislays and events about the grounds. The day ended with a march of the Clan up the Royal Mile to Edinburgh Castle.
