Winners of the 2008 Christian G. Malcolm Kehm Memorial Scholarship

Thanks to the combined efforts of the Clan MacCallum/Malcolm Society, Alexis Malcolm Kilts and Charlie Kehm, in cooperation with Clan Gunn members, four piping scholarships will be awarded this summer in memory of Christian G. Malcolm Kehm to attend one-week sessions at the North American Academy of Piping and Drumming at the Valle Crucis Conference Center at Valle Crucis, in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina.  Scholarship winners are:  Dillon Anderson from Deland, FL, Steven Andrews from Dundedin, FL Nicholas Damery from Odessa, FL and Taylor Zimmerman from Trinity, NC. A special thanks to the donors who have made these scholarships available:  the Scottish American Military Society, Mike Dunlap international president of New World Celts, Alexis and Charlie Kehm of Alexis Malcolm Kilts, Clan Gunn Society of North America president Rich Gunn, and members George and Cathy Grisinger, Lynne Damery and Clan piper Chuck Jamison; Clan MacCallum/Malcolm members Lon and Marian McCollum, Howard Curran and Chris Owen.
