Malcom Descendants in Kansas

My name is Julie Travis. My mother's maiden name is Mary Ann Markham, Her father's name was Wilbur Leo Markham. He is the descendant of three Malcolm brothers who immigrated to the states in the 1800's but whose name were changed to Markham. His father named the town of Attica, Kansas. Does anyone have any information on how the Markahm's of Kansas are related to the Clan? I have lost touch with that branch of the family. My e-mail is donjul@comcast.net.
